Only Lightning Could Stop Creekview Varsity at McKinney North

Monday 2/20/12: Creekview Varsity baseball won their final scrimmage game at McKinney North, with a score of 10-4. The game was stopped during the top of the 6th, due to wind, rain and lightning. Starting pitcher Zach Rothert, reliever Jesus Perez, and great defensive plays all held McKinney North to just 4 runs. The Mustang bats came alive tonight and base running was also key to their success. Varsity now prepares for their first of 2 upcoming weekend tournaments, both of which are HOME at Creekview High School.
Go Mustangs!
